          "An Act prohibiting health care insurers that provide                                                                 
          dental care coverage from setting a minimum age for                                                                   
          receiving dental care coverage, allowing those                                                                        
          insurers to set a maximum age for receiving dental                                                                    
          care coverage as a dependent, and prohibiting those
